For technical reason the website collects and process various standard information about you, your browser and location. This information is collected for our website to function properly. Information that are stored in log files can be:

When you contact using the contact form on our website you are giving us information about:

These information is stored in our system to send a reply to you. If you have purchased a product and is in our customer database, the question or contact message can be registered to your personal profile within the system. This is only done if the question or message is related to a purchase or warranty. If the question or message relates to warranty or service, this information can be shared, only if necessary, with the party that will be responsible for said service. If this is not the case the information giving in the contact form will be deleted after a reasonable period.



On our website you have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. As security against the abuse of your email, we use double opt-in to confirm your subscription. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, the information is used solely to deliver newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can contact us by email: [email protected] or you can use the unsubscribe link that is at the bottom of each newsletter. If you unsubscribe, we will make a note in our database and after that you will not receive newsletters from us.


Product registration

When you register your product through the form on our website, you provide us with information on:

  • Your phone number

This information is recorded and stored in our system in order to provide the desired 3-year warranty extension. The information about your registration will be deleted 5 years after the warranty-covered product was delivered or if you cancel your warranty extension yourself.
