Warranty, service and delivery terms.

Warranty

We, STEALTH Induction ApS, undertake the standard national guarantee condition which applies for appliances. 

When the product is purchased through an approved kitchen dealer, STEALTH Induction ApS will, at our own option repair or replace a unit with a product similar to the faulty unit. This applies only for appliances or any part thereof, which is proved to be defective by reasons only of faulty workmanship or materials.

For more specific information regarding national conditions, please advise with the kitchen retailer where the product is purchased.

Defects or faults

In order for the defect or fault to be approved, it must be repaired by an authorized STEALTH Induction service technician. In the event that the service technician determines that the cause of the fault or defect does not fall under warranty or complaint, a bill may be triggered for the visit.

This warranty will NOT apply in the following cases.

  • Defects or faults that are directly or indirectly caused by inappropriate handling, abuse, forced malfunction, incorrect connection to power grid or incorrect installation.
  • Defects or faults that could have been avoided by following the user manual.
  • Defects or faults in installation, electricity, water, gas supply and faulty fuses.
  • Defects or errors that will occur with wearing parts including the STEALTH Zone protective plate and LED lights.
  • Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, such as: LEDs, lenses, globes, glassware, fuses, filters, door seals, bags and the STEALTH Zone protection plate.
  • If a product or solution has been attempted in whole or in part, disassembled or disconnected from its original location.

STEALTH Induction ApS is not warranty liable for heat damage or consequential damage to the countertop, caused by misuse or other inappropriate handling. Advise the user manual for correct handling of product.

Please contact customer service to request a visit from an service technician. The defect or fault can often be solved by phone or mail. And you will potentially avoid any additional costs in case the fault or defect does not fall under the warranty.

Our responsibility to you

Our products are covered by the “Product Liability Act”. This means that our products and solutions are covered by the part of the law that applies to damage to other things and to personal injuries caused by the actual product itself.

Although this does NOT apply if:

  • The product or solution is not installed in accordance with our installation instructions.
  • That the product is used for purposes other than those described in the user manual.
    That the product is installed or repaired by someone other than our authorized service technician.
  • That unoriginal parts or a unoriginal protective plate have been used.
  • That a damaged STEALTH Zone protective plate has been used.
  • That the product or solution is used for purposes that can be categorized as being out of common sense.

Service and Repair

Please ensure you have read the section “Troubleshooting” in the user manual. It is recommended to read the section before calling customer service or service technician.

If you experience a fault or defect within the warranty period and wish to request a visit from an authorized STEALTH Induction service technician, please contact customer service on +45 70602041 or by email: [email protected]

When you contact customer service you will need to provide us with the serial number of the product.
The serial number can be found on the product, the welcome letter or at the receipt.

Prior to a visit you will be contacted by the service technician.
The service technician will contact you by either mail or phone. You will be informed what you must prepare before the service visit.

Delivery

Delivery time is always given in full working days. Normal delivery time is min. 14 working days. If a product is in backorder it will be stated on the order confirmation.

If the deadline of payment is not met, the estimated delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

STEALTH Induction ApS does not assume any higher liability than after the Buying Act, for consequential costs in case of delay of delivery.

The products will be delivered directly to the customer with a carrier company.

Standard delivery from STEALTH Induction ApS is directly to the curb, unless otherwise ordered. STEALTH Induction ApS offers several different delivery options that can be purchased from the kitchen retailer when ordering products. Be aware, if there are significant obstacles that prevent delivery with ordinary tools such as sack trolley, pallet lifter, etc. this must be disclosed when ordering the product, as the products may not be delivered. It is important to inspect the packages when they are delivered. If there is any form of visible damage to the packaging, the packages must be rejected. If the package is rejected, STEALTH Induction ApS needs to be informed as soon as possible at [email protected] or by phone + 45 70602041

When the delivery is received, the customer or the project manager will contact the STEALTH Induction’s service technician regarding booking of installation of the cooktop. A cooktop from STEALTH Induction ApS must be mounted in a controlled and fully installed countertop. Therefore, it is highly recommended to postpone booking of the installation of the cooktop until after the countertop is completely installed.

STEALTH Induction ApS cannot be held liable for a delayed installation if the countertop has not been controlled and installed or if the service technician is prevented from performing his work. A bill may be triggered for time and material cost if the countertop is not fully installed, the arranged installation times is not respected or the service technician drives in vain.

Prices

All quoted prices are subject to tax change, pricing and spelling errors.

Force majeure

In no event shall STEALTH Induction ApS be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that STEALTH Induction ApS shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the appliance industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.

Privacy

STEALTH Induction ApS stores information about your name, address, phone number and email address.

STEALTH Induction ApS uses your data to communicate with you and to manage STEALTH Induction ApS in the best possible way.

When the product needs to be installed or If any defect or faults are reported with your product, STEALTH Induction ApS will store and share your personal data with the relevant service provider that performs the installation or service.
